Develop and implement marketing strategies for Ford's motorsports division in line with company objectives and goals.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the motorsports industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing plans with overall brand strategy.
Create and manage budgets for motorsports marketing initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the motorsports industry, including sponsors, teams, and event organizers.
Oversee the planning and execution of motorsports events, including sponsor activations, hospitality experiences, and media relations.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve and optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop and produce marketing materials and assets.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Ford's motorsports division, promoting the company's values and initiatives at all times.
Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they are equipped to support the motorsports marketing strategy.
Represent Ford at motorsports events, conferences, and other industry gatherings.
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to enhance the company's presence in the motorsports industry.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the motorsports marketing team.
