Job Description
The client administrator will be the first point of contact for clients of Five Nine Motorsports and work collaboratively with the owner.
- Responsibilities _
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and potential clients.
- Continue and develop relationships with suppliers and industry professionals.
- Maintain shop calendar.
- Generate sales leads and sales for custom jobs.
- Assist owner with day-to-day operations.
- Follow up with clients and maintain client relationships throughout sales transactions.
- Maintain company's social media presence, and grow following.
- Light office cleaning duties.
- _Other duties may be added, removed, or changed, as business needs change._
- Requirements_
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written.
- Car/automotive knowledge considered an asset.
- Microsoft Office.
- Must be willing to travel to office full time.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
