MOTORSPORTS PARTS PERSON

We are seeking a powersports parts person with motivation and enthusiasm to work with all makes and models of Snowmobiles, ATV’s, UTV’s, Dirtbikes and Watercraft. Experience in powersports industry is preferred but training will be provided to the successful candidate. Here are the qualities we’re looking for in a parts technician: • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Must naturally love the industry in order to relate with our customers • Must contain critical thinking • Proficient communication skills - both oral and written • Ability to manage multiple deals and communication channels simultaneously. • Strong leadership skills, customer-focused attitude and a high level of motivation and energy • Willingness to expand technical skills as needed to meet customer demands • Basic computer skills • Possess excellent communications skills and ability to work with minimal supervision • Courteous, Professional, Positive Attitude and willing to provide great customer service • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Long-term career focus to grow in tandem with our company Some of your duties will include: • Answering phones • Interacting with customers • Ordering parts for customers by phone or in person • Cycle counting inventory • Keeping up to date on the latest and greatest products in the market • Locating parts and other materials and shipping out to customers. • Aiding Service Technicians as required. • Placing inventory stock orders + more.
