Motorsports Parts Order Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary We are seeking Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team. Looking for someone who can work full time 9:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. We are willing to train the right candidate. Core Values • We are committed • We are results driven • We are transparent • We are humble • We are adaptable Responsibilities: • Daily picking, packing, and shipping orders. • Understand the use of handheld scanners for pick, pack, ship functions. • Receiving shipments and load outbound shipments daily. • Stock inventory away using handheld scanner at the correct locations. • Assembly of company's product parts and kits. • Interact with the sales team for customer returns and shipping related issues. • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area and shipping stations. Competencies: • Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or other related fields. • Extremely detail-oriented. • Honest, reliable, organized. • Clear communication skills. • Driven, "whatever it takes" mindset. • Understand and follow supervisor's instruction. • Able to lift up to 50 lbs box. • Deadline and detail-oriented. • Automotive parts knowledge is a plus! • Familiarity with ERP platforms is a plus!
