About the position Responsibilities • Maintain active customer relationships through frequent phone and email contact. • Coordinate with internal departments to meet sales quotas and goals. • Access, update, and maintain customer databases and manual record-keeping systems. • Solicit new accounts and business through outbound calls and emails. • Develop sales strategies tailored to different motorsports sectors. • Analyze distributor network performance with senior leadership and distribution partners. • Send weekly reports for market-specific part numbers. • Provide price quotations and respond to requests. • Attend racetracks to interface with existing and potential customers. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in motorsports, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • 5 years of previous experience in sales. • 4 years of experience utilizing CRM software. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. • Previous experience in motorsports parts sales is a plus. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with sales data and managing expenses against quantifiable results. • Strong presentation skills.
