About the position The No1 Race Mechanic plays a crucial role in the assembly, service, and operation of the race car, reporting directly to the Competition Manager. This involves close collaboration with the Engineering team to address any technical issues and to ensure that all components meet the required specifications for safety and performance. The No1 Race Mechanic will also be involved in pre-race preparations, including thorough inspections and adjustments to the car, as well as post-race evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
