Description As a Kart Track Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling transactions, assisting guests with AMP offerings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with our team to promote safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest service during kart track operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales • Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide information on pricing, memberships, and specials. • Assist guests in understanding AMP offerings and help them make informed purchases. • Serve as a front-line concierge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and diplomatically. Transaction Management • Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit card transactions, and providing correct change). • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions. Facility Maintenance & Communication • Keep the facility clean and organized to maintain AMP’s high standards. • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. What We’re Looking For ? Minimum Age: 16+ ? Reliable Transportation Required ? Must have open availability on weekends and select holidays ? Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills ? Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Loud Environment ? Basic Math & Currency Handling Skills ? Team Player with a Positive, Outgoing Attitude ? Prior Experience in Customer Service or Cashiering (Preferred, Not Required) Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, move around, and perform light lifting (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods. • Comfortable working in a high-energy, noisy environment. • Passion for motorsports and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude throughout your shift.
