Guest Services Event Staff - SEASONALOverview:Event Staff at Atlanta Motor Speedway play an integral role in working with all departments to fulfill our mission of:Taking care of teammatesHosting remarkable eventsPositively impacting our communityProfitably improvingEvent Staff will work under the direction of the Events/Operations ManagersResponsibilities (may include but not limited to): Guest Services Event StaffGreet guests and resolve complaintsCreate a safe and positive environment Reporting issues to management as necessaryEvent Staff RequirementsAbility to lift 25+lbsFlexible schedule (mostly weekends/nights)Positive attitude with a willingness to work as a teamProfessional appearanceMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to work outside for extended periods of time (extreme weather conditions included)Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situationsExcellent customer service and communication skills 2025 Major Events:June 27-28 NASCAR EventsJuly 3 Henry County Fireworks Celebration September 26-October 5 Fall Fair2025 Small to Medium Events:Daily EventsWeekly - Weekend Events
