Position : Full time position – Salaried position – Three/four trips a year on some circuit Within the framework of endurance racing projects, Oreca Motorsport is looking for a Parts Manager based in Indianapolis, USA. Reporting to the Customer Racing Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Customer Relations Management : • Handle all daily customer flows: quotes, orders, and shipments. • Manage pre-sales actions: creation of sales items, price verification, preparation of commercial offers, and development of new parts in collaboration with production and the design office. • Manage after-sales actions: shipment preparation, parts inspection, and monitoring of international deliveries. • Ensure project follow-up: manage orders to optimize flows and meet customer needs in a timely manner. Shipment Management : • Supervise warehouse picking: ensure outgoing products comply with quality standards and correct quantities. • Select the most efficient and cost-effective transport options. • Package and prepare parcels/pallets: ensure optimal tracking of shipments (fragile or high-value products) for a high-quality customer reception. Procurement Management : • Establish purchase forecasts. • Place purchase orders with ORECA Signes. • Maintain stock levels as previously defined. Planning, Reporting & Activity Management : • Communicate with and anticipate customer needs at the beginning and end of the season by offering tailored commercial solutions. • Enter purchase prices and items into the ERP system. • Control incoming goods and manage stock updates. • Be proactive by anticipating demands based on race and test calendars. • Provide clear, concise, and qualitative activity reports. Profile : • Minimum of a 2-year degree in logistics or international trade, ideally with a specialization in automotive/mechanical engineering. • At least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role (motorsport logistics/engineering track highly valued). • Solid foundation in customer relationship management. • Knowledge of automotive mechanics, particularly in motorsport, with an understanding of its specificities (materials, manufacturing processes, etc.), and a strong general knowledge of endurance racing. • Basic engineering and performance knowledge. • Mandatory ERP experience. • Initial experience to international transport and logistics. • Team player with strong autonomy. • Organized and rigorous, able to set priorities and collaborate effectively with other departments. • Fluency in English is mandatory, French is a plus. Qualifications

  • Minimum of a 2-year degree in logistics or international trade, ideally with a specialization in automotive/mechanical engineering
  • At least 3 years of significant experience in a similar role (motorsport logistics/engineering track highly valued)
  • Solid foundation in customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of automotive mechanics, particularly in motorsport, with an understanding of its specificities (materials, manufacturing processes, etc.), and a strong general knowledge of endurance racing
