GM Performance Power Units – Formula 1 Careers Location: Concord, NC Event: Indianapolis Motor Speedway Career Fair GM Performance Power Units, part of TWG Motorsports, is building the next generation of Formula 1 power units. Our mission is to deliver championship-caliber performance through advanced engineering and innovation, supporting General Motors’ entry and long-term success in Formula 1. We are looking for talented individuals to help shape GM’s journey in the most advanced motorsport in the world. From concept design to dyno validation, every role at GM Performance Power Units directly contributes to pushing the limits of technology and performance on the global stage. Areas of Opportunity • Power Unit Engineering – Design, simulation, calibration, and validation of hybrid F1 power units (combustion, turbocharging, ERS, and control systems). • Manufacturing & Build – Precision machining, dyno operation, and assembly of F1 hybrid engines. • Program & Operations – Program planning, supply chain, logistics, and quality to enable a global championship effort.
