About the position Responsibilities • Assist in day to day running of GT3 Customer Service Program • Maintain systems/tools such as website and vehicle manual • Support development of GT3 race car and all subsystems • Develop & maintain SOPs for various aspects of the program • Document & coordinate Service Bulletin information • Manage change management and cost tracking • Provide backup for shop activities/decisions during race events • Offer remote support during race events Requirements • Enrolled in a BS, MS, or PhD program in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering • FSAE or similar experience • Exposure/understanding of professional motorsports preferred • Previously responsible for deliverables and updates • Passionate about motorsports • Willing to travel for work up to 50% Nice-to-haves • Organized & clear communicator • Self-starter, requires minimal direction once established • Ability to manage stressful situations & high workload • Driven to perform at a high level • Detail-oriented and holds themselves to a standard • Customer-facing potential • Ability to balance multiple mini-projects and prioritize accordingly Benefits • Competitive pay range of \$18.00 - \$37.00 • Opportunities to support team member growth and success • People-first culture • Reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a BS, MS, or PhD program in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • FSAE or similar experience
