Job Description

About the Role Girodisc is seeking a technical sales specialist with a background in motorsports or performance automotive applications. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to race teams, performance shops, and enthusiasts worldwide, providing technical expertise, product recommendations, and troubleshooting support for some of the most exciting vehicles in the world. This is a client facing technical position, ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background and excellent communication skills. You’ll work closely with our internal engineering, production, and sales teams to uphold Girodisc’s reputation for unmatched customer support. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and industry partners • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on brake system selection, fitment, and performance tuning based on vehicle application and driver goals • Troubleshoot application and performance issues • Collaborate with our engineering and manufacturing teams to turn customer feedback and real world issues into product improvements What We’re Looking For • An understanding of brake system function and performance • Familiarity with competing brake brands and performance aftermarket components • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional demeanor with a customer focused attitude • FSAE experience or equivalent real world automotive background Who We Are Girodisc is a privately owned manufacturer of premium two-piece brake rotors for performance and racing applications.
