Job Description
Define and implement RBNA 4 Wheel Motorsports strategy: business plans and processes, project and resource plans, event and activation calendars, status updates, and budgets. Ensure alignment with Global Motorsports strategy and stakeholders. Manage and execute program roadmap, business plans and processes, project and resource plans, event and editorial calendars, status updates and budgets. Provide actionable insights to all region teams to foster and support scalable 4 Wheel Motorsports opportunities across the United States. Leads quality event execution (planning, organization, and production) of all assigned Four Wheel Motorsports program events. Support regional Sports Marketing teams in planning and execution of event their managed event programs. Set individual athlete goals and target outcomes aligned with international and national sports marketing strategy.
