About the position Responsibilities • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. • Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment. • Perform drywall repairs and plastering to ensure smooth surfaces before painting. • Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, including hand tools. • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. • Complete projects within deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Requirements • Proficiency in commercial painting techniques and methods. • Experience with drywall installation and repair, as well as plastering skills. • Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment and other painting tools. • Ability to work effectively with hand tools and perform basic carpentry tasks. • Knowledge of construction painting practices is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality workmanship. • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
