What You’ll Do • Sell cars, build relationships, and close deals. • Guide customers from online inquiry to delivery — goal: test drive to sign-off within one hour. • Deliver five-star customer service while educating buyers on products, warranties, and financing options. • Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM, text, and email tools. • Collaborate with appraisal and finance teams to finalize each sale. • Represent Ultimate Motorsport’s transparent, no-pressure buying process. What You Bring • 3+ years automotive sales experience in a dealership environment. • Proven ability to overcome objections and close with confidence. • Strong communication and digital lead-management skills. • Passion for cars, technology, and people. • Organized, self-driven, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced culture. Schedule • 4 weekdays (9 AM – 7 PM) • Saturday (10 AM – 5 PM) • Must be available to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends.
