MST Motorsports is looking to add a full-time Experienced Mechanic to our great team. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in a professional automotive shop or dealership environment. This is not an entry-level or lube tech position — we’re looking for someone who can confidently handle diagnostics and complete full repairs start to finish. GREAT PAY FOR A MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WITH KNOWLEDGE AND A GREAT WORK ETHIC! Compensation: •Great wages, $30+ hourly (for qualified individuals) $65-100k annually based on experience and efficiency. (There’s no limit to your earning ability with quality and efficient work ethic!) •Monday-Friday work schedule •Paid Time-Off / Holidays •Product & Service Discounts Responsibilities •Perform auto repair on a variety of vehicles. • Install aftermarket accessories • Suspension repair & lift kit installation • Mounting and Balancing Wheels and Tires • Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service Qualifications • 8+ Years’ professional Experience Within the Automotive Industry as a Mechanic • Must provide own tools • Keeps a clean and professional work environment • Self-motivated? • Team Player • Arrives on time for work • Capable of handling multiple Job builds and maintaining proper time management • Communicates well with others? • Must have a valid driver’s license?
