Motorsports Service Technician

Position: Powersports / Motorsports Technician- Powersport Pro’s is seeking an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic Powersports / Motorsports Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background with a focus on UTV, Jeep, Truck, Powersports and have a passion for all things Offroad. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing after-market suspension, parts and accessories. Performing routine vehicle maintenance, and repairing various vehicle types, including UTV, Truck, Jeep, Race, and vintage vehicle builds. Candidate must be Quality minded, hard working with an attention to detail. This is a mid-to-senior level position, experience is required. Key Responsibilities: -Install after-market suspension, performance upgrades, parts and accessories. - Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of powersports vehicles, including but not limited to, suspension, chassis, engine, Powertrain, tire changes, Etc. - Diagnose and troubleshoot drivetrain, suspension, electrical issues and communicate effectively with sales / service department on recommendations for the best course of action. - Keep accurate and detailed records of all repair and maintenance tasks performed - Collaborate with other technicians and members of the sales / service team to ensure efficient and timely repairs and delivery of customer vehicles - Stay up to date on the latest power sports technology, trends, and products - Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition - Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Positive, can-do attitude (a must have) - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a powersports or Motorsports technician - Strong technical and problem-solving skills - Experience with diagnostics software and tools - Knowledge of powersport and automotive vehicles and their components - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment - Ability to work on an individual basis with limited direction - Completion of a formal powersports or automotive technician training program (not required but a plus) Perks and Compensation: - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications - Flexible hours - Paid vacation - Opportunities for advancement and ongoing training - Employee discounts on products and services - Fun and exciting work environment About Powersport Pro’s Powersport Pro's is a premier offroad retailer. Responsibilities
