Job Description

We’re looking for a versatile, motivated, and talented individual to lead our product design and production facility. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and production of roll cages and motorsport racing components • Operate and maintain tube laser and flat laser cutting machines • MIG welding of chassis and fabricated assemblies • Develop and refine products using CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, etc.) • Take customer-supplied CAD files and convert them into production-ready formats for laser cutting, press brake forming, and tube bending equipment • Manage prototype and production workflows for efficiency and quality • Ensure detailed documentation and organizational excellence Requirements • Proficient in CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent) • Skilled MIG welder with hands-on fabrication experience • Ability to operate CNC-type equipment (laser cutters, etc.) • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of motorsports components • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Self-starter mentality with the maturity to take ownership of projects • Motorsports experience and passion is a must Compensation • Competitive pay based on skill and experience • Performance-based growth opportunities We’re not looking for average—we’re looking for the best. Qualifications
