Job Title: General Manager – Motorsports & Automotive Services Company: Turn 17 Garage Location: Calgary & Carstairs, AB Job Type: Full-time Job Description Turn 17 Garage is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our automotive and motorsports operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a passion for racing, customer experience, and operational excellence. Our mission is to create exceptional customer service experiences across: • Track-side support • Race day support • Racing and race track experiences • Race and track car repair and maintenance • Performance and racing parts sales Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the garage and track-side activities • Deliver exceptional customer service across all offerings • Manage race and track car service, preparation, and maintenance • Plan and execute customer track days, race weekends, and driving experiences • Lead, schedule, train, and develop staff • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and vendors • Support and grow performance and racing parts sales • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry • Minimum 3 years of management experience • Hands-on motorsports experience (driving, racing, event planning, vehicle setup, or coaching) • Strong understanding of race and track car preparation • Proven communication and leadership skills • Highly organized and customer-focused • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, high-pressure environment Why Work at Turn 17 Garage • Passion-driven motorsports environment • Direct involvement in racing and track events • Opportunity to shape the future growth and culture of a performance-focused business Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental care • Extended health care • Flexible schedule • Paid time off • Vision care Application question(s): • Are you able to travel freely without restrictions within Canada and internationally, including the United States?
