Parts Advisor

*Job Summary* As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing motorsports parts and accessories. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and expertise in parts selection. • Duties* - Assist customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing required parts - Provide recommendations on parts and accessories based on customer needs - Process orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain proper inventory levels and organize stock shelves - Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems - Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly • Skills* - Proficiency in sales management within a Motorsports setting - Knowledge of motorsports repair and parts terminology - Ability to negotiate effectively with customers - Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions - Familiarity with Excel for order tracking and inventory management - Experience in order fulfillment processes - Competency in cash handling procedures - Strong sales skills to drive revenue through part sales - Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions - Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous • *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Additional pay: - Commission pay • *Benefits**: - Casual dress - Extended health care - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
