XPR Motorsports is a high-performance shop specializing in dirt bikes. We build and service engines for pro riders, race teams, and passionate amateurs in Motocross and Supercross.
We’re hiring a full or part-time technician with solid mechanical skills- someone who’s worked on cars, ATVs, or small engines and wants to grow in the high-performance motorcycle industry. You don’t need prior shop or motorcycle industry experience, but you must be comfortable with tools, engines, and hands-on work. We’ll train you on XPR’s specific procedures and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
• Tear down, inspect, and clean race/practice engines
• Build, rebuild, and maintain 4-stroke engines (training provided)
• Diagnose, repair, and service major motorcycle brands
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements:
• Prior mechanical experience (automotive, small engine, or powersports)
• Basic knowledge of tools, fasteners, and mechanical systems
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
Preferred (We’ll Train You):
• Motorcycle or small-engine experience
• Interest in Motocross/Supercross
Details:
• Part-time position, potential for growth
• Starting pay: $16.50–$20/hr (based on skill and initiative)
