Motorsports Technician Wanted Join the Team at Sunrise Marine & Motorsports – Rogers, AR Sunrise Marine & Motorsports of Rogers is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Motorsports Technician to join our fast-paced marine and motorsports dealership. What You’ll Be Working On: • Diagnose, service, and repair ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and other powersports units • Assemble new units to manufacturer specifications • Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and mechanical systems • Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and ensure every unit meets our quality standards • Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation • Work closely with a team that values efficiency, safety, and craftsmanship What We’re Looking For: • Experience servicing motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides • Solid understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines • Ability to follow service manuals and use diagnostic equipment • Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right • Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred) • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and thrive in a busy dealership environment Preferred (But Not Required): • OEM certifications (Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Honda, etc.) • Previous dealership or professional shop experience • Forklift experience What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience (base pay + commission) • Paid training and opportunities for OEM certifications • Employee discounts on units, parts, and gear • A supportive, team-oriented work environment • Full-time hours with overtime opportunities Ready to turn your wrenching skills into a long-term career with a growing dealership?
