Job Description

Got Gear Motorsports is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our fast-paced automotive and motorsports operation. This full-time role is ideal for someone with office and bookkeeping experience who’s comfortable in a dealership or motorsports environment and enjoys a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. What You’ll Do: • Process and manage vehicle title work and related paperwork • Stock in vehicles and parts inventory, and maintain accurate records • Assist with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions • Perform basic bookkeeping and financial data entry • Support general office and dealership administration (filing, data entry, emails, scanning, etc.) • Help keep office operations organized and running smoothly What We’re Looking For: • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or office management • Automotive, powersports, or dealership office experience is a plus • ADP and/or Lightspeed experience is a plus • Familiarity with A/P and A/R processes • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and office software • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently • Dependable, punctual, and professional Schedule: • Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Occasional Saturdays as needed Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 – 42.0 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person

Qualifications
