This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts while performing essential maintenance, services, and entry-level repairs on some of the world's finest high-performance vehicles. Key Responsibilities • Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements. • Perform multi-point inspections and document findings to assist in vehicle assessments. • Assist senior technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and performance installations. • Competently remove and replace interior and exterior trim panels. • Install basic parts and accessories, following detailed instructions and procedures. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with shop standards. • Research and request necessary parts for assigned tasks. • Accurately document all work performed and time spent in the company’s management system. • Learn and adhere to all company policies and safety protocols. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow. Qualifications & Requirements • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check. • High school diploma or equivalent. • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of automotive experience (professional or technical school). • A fundamental understanding of vehicle systems and a strong mechanical aptitude. • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and a desire to learn advanced tools and equipment. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks in a workshop environment. Preferred Qualifications • Completion of an automotive vocational program or a recognized apprenticeship. • A demonstrable passion for high-performance vehicles and motorsports. • Any entry-level manufacturer or ASE certifications are a significant plus.
