Event Staff Supervisor - Nashville Superspeedway, Lebanon TN

MAJOR FOCUS: The Event Staff Supervisor supports event operations by leading and supervising front-line event staff during race weekends and special events at Nashville Superspeedway. This role is responsible for maintaining a positive, safe, and efficient environment for guests and staff while assisting with operational setup, event execution, and teardown. Supervisors must be adaptable, self-motivated, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced, outdoor venue. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Supervise, support, and guide event staff during race weekends and assigned events • Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward teammates, guests, and venue partners • Serve as a point of contact for staff questions, issues, and problem resolution • Assist the operations team with event setup and teardown as needed • Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety, organization, and excellent guest experience • Communicate clearly and follow instructions provided by Nashville Superspeedway staff • Independently resolve issues when appropriate and escalate concerns when necessary • Adapt to changing event needs and assist in other roles or areas as assigned • Support staff check-in, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS: Perform other duties as assigned.
