Sales Specialist – Motorsport Location: In-person | Full-time About Us Racetech USA is the North American arm of Racetech Manufacturing Ltd – a global leader in designing and manufacturing top-tier motorsport seats and racing simulator rigs. The Role We’re looking for a driven Sales Specialist who’s ready to dive into the fast-paced world of motorsports and sim racing. Whether you're somewhat new to sales or have a few years under your belt, this role offers a clear path for growth, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and the opportunity to make a real impact. In this role, you’ll support our Vice President of Sales, helping service our motorsport clientele and managing sales and customer service for our simulator racing product line. You’ll Excel If You’re: • Digitally savvy, organized, and a confident communicator • Excited by the motorsport/racing and simulator racing world (experience a plus, but not required) • Results-driven and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment • Eager to learn, grow, and eventually earn commission based on performance Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey • Support the VP of Sales with administrative and fulfillment tasks to help drive business growth • Manage inbound sales and inquiries for racing products and simulator products from initial contact to post-sale support • Represent Racetech at motorsport events and trade shows across the U.S. What You'll Need: • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience: • 1–5 years of sales experience • Passion or knowledge of motorsport and/or simulator racing (not required, but a big plus) • Microsoft Office experience & able to learn software programs Perks & Benefits: • Competitive base salary + potential for future commission • Paid time off • Flexible schedule • Tuition reimbursement • Employee discounts on Racetech gear • Monday–Friday schedule with occasional race weekend events • Casual work environment Ready to shift your career into high gear?
