Queen's Women in Automotive and Motorsport Industries Conference

QWAI is an opportunity for like-minded students to learn, network and share their passion and support for female careers in the Automotive and Motorsport Industries. The role of Co-Chair requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and teamwork skills. As a Co-Chair, you will hire and lead a team of people for positions in areas such as speakers, sponsorship, logistics, marketing, finance, and more. Under the guidance of the Director of Clubs & Conferences, you will work with your team to plan and execute the conference. This position will help you develop many different skills and make many new friends who you will work with to plan an engaging, informative, and professional conference. Note: We recognize that you may not meet all the qualifications described for the roles and have other relevant expertise and experience, or a willingness to learn.
