Motorsport / Powersports Sales Consultant Conlon Motorsports | Family Owned Since 1974 Conlon Motorsports is seeking a motivated and experienced Motorsport / Powersports Sales Consultant to join our team. We are a long-standing, family-owned dealership representing industry-leading brands including Polaris, Yamaha, Kawasaki, CFMOTO, Sherco, and Forest River. This is a full-time career opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering a strong customer experience across ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, and Travel Trailers. Key Responsibilities • Guide customers through the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships • Understand customer needs and recommend the best product and financing options • Manage leads efficiently and follow up consistently • Work collaboratively with lenders and management to close deals • Maintain accurate sales documentation and compliance standards Required Qualifications • Sub-prime sales experience is mandatory • Proven track record in sales performance • Self-motivated and results-driven • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-first mindset with the ability to think from the buyer’s perspective • Valid driver’s license • Must be eligible and able to apply for AMVIC licensing What We Offer • Benefits package after 3 months • Competitive compensation structure • Staff discounts on parts and riding gear • Friendly, supportive, and low-pressure work environment • Sales leads provided If you are a driven sales professional looking for long-term growth with a respected dealership, we would love to hear from you.
