Operating from our own dedicated motorsports facility, we are looking for energetic, detail-oriented technicians to join our growing team.

The Opportunity
Working at our specialized Windsor Motor Sports shop provides the opportunity to work with:
• A diverse range of top-tier brands including Yamaha, Suzuki, CFMOTO, Firefish Boats, and Toro.
• A strong, dedicated parts department and knowledgeable Service Advisors who understand the powersports industry.
• Specialized diagnostic tools and equipment designed specifically for marine, powersports, and small engine repair.
Who we’re searching for?
Our high-performing team requires a skilled mechanic experienced in small engines, motorcycles, and ATVs to start immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing ATVs, Side-by-Sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles, outboard motors, and power equipment.
• Performing PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections) and assembly of new units.
• Providing mechanical assessments and clear maintenance recommendations.
• Providing a consistent and high level of quality workmanship to ensure "Fixed Right the First Time."
• Communicating effectively with service advisors regarding repair status and parts requirements.
Qualifications
We encourage you to apply if you have:
• Valid Journeymen Motorcycle Mechanic Certificate.
• Experience in powersports or small engine repair (experience with Yamaha, Suzuki, or CFMOTO is an asset).
• A valid driver’s license (motorcycle designation is a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read technical manuals/schematics.
• A desire for long-term growth and a passion for the powersports industry.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
