Responsibilities
• Engage with customers both in-store and through outbound sales efforts to promote motorsports products, accessories, and high-end vehicles
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying new prospects through cold calling, networking, and B2B outreach
• Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets for high-end motorsport merchandise and vehicles
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue opportunities
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Maintain detailed inventory management and inventory control to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand
• Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating product knowledge, answering questions clearly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette
Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales within a dealership or motorsports environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse clientele
• Ability to build relationships through effective public speaking and persuasive presentation skills
• Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies and marketing techniques specific to motorsports or automotive sectors
• Proficiency with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data efficiently
• Organizational skills to handle inventory management, retail math calculations, and sales support tasks seamlessly
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns, cold calling techniques, and upselling strategies
• Familiarity with dealership operations including inventory control, automotive inventory management systems, and retail math principles
