WHAT YOU’LL DO The Licensing Coordinator will assist the Sr. Manager, Consumer Products & Licensing in managing license agreements, licensee relationships, retail programs, and other consumer product–related projects. In this role, you’ll be an important part of delivering top-tier experiences to fans, partners, and teams across the motorsports world. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities, collaborate across departments, and bring energy and innovation to a fast-paced environment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the administration of IMS and INDYCAR license agreements and serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for all licensee relationships, including contract execution, portal access, art submission review, and renewal agreements. • Manage the Licensee Portal (Direct Licensing Hub), including logo file maintenance, royalty reporting, and application and screening processes. • Licensee portal management (Direct Licensing Hub), including but not limited to: logo file maintenance, royalty reporting, application, and screening process. • Manage IMS commemorative brick program. • Assist in managing various aspects of the IMS and INDYCAR retail partnership. • Assist with executing the staff apparel program for IMS and INDYCAR. • Assist with the organization of in-house creative designs for licensees. • Assist the Sr. Manager and Legal with trademark infringement administration and trademark registrations/renewals. • Assist Sr. Manager in IMS (on-site) event vendor management. • Assist with the opening and management of the exclusive employee store. Required Experience & Skills: • A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in the related industry (motorsports, licensing, merchandising, administration) is required. • Working knowledge of intellectual property and/or trademark processes preferred. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite programs expected. • Strong organizational and time management skills • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to handle pressure • Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter with a positive attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to prioritize and follow up on tasks and perform multiple responsibilities efficiently and accurately at the same time • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Passion for creating memorable experiences • Alignment with Penske Entertainment’s core values and standards Education: • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience. Leadership: • This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
