Atlanta Motorsports Park is looking for focused, dependable, and safety-driven individuals to join our Main Track Corner Marshal team. Corner Marshals play a critical role in the safe operation of race events. Working directly alongside Race Control and race officials, this position serves as the eyes and ears of the track, monitoring racing activity, communicating track conditions, and responding quickly to incidents to help keep drivers and staff safe. Description What You'll Do Track Monitoring & Driver Safety • Monitor assigned sections of the race track for hazards, debris, and incidents • Maintain constant visual awareness of racing activity • Use racing flags to communicate track conditions to drivers • Remain alert and attentive throughout race sessions Incident Response • Respond quickly to on-track incidents such as collisions or mechanical failures • Assist in clearing debris and restoring safe racing conditions • Ensure track conditions remain safe for continued racing Communication & Coordination • Maintain constant communication with Race Control via radio • Report track conditions, incidents, and driver concerns clearly and quickly • Follow instructions from Race Control and race officials Race Event Operations • Attend pre-race safety briefings and receive corner assignments • Assist with setup of radios, flags, and safety equipment • Participate in post-race debriefs and event cleanup • Support overall race event operations as needed What We’re Looking For • Minimum Age: 18+ • Strong awareness and attention to detail • Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to follow safety protocols and race procedures • Reliable transportation required • Weekend and race event availability required Work Environment • Outdoor motorsports environment • Exposure to loud noise and fast-moving vehicles • Standing for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs • Work in varying weather conditions Previous motorsports experience is helpful but not required.
