We are looking for an experience Influencer Manager & Brand Strategist to work closely with a prominent influencer in the automotive space. This role focuses on establishing relationships with relevant brands, developing content strategies, and maximizing growth and monetization on Instagram. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a proven track record in influencer management, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Partnerships & Collaborations:
• Identify and approach relevant automotive and lifestyle brands for potential partnerships.
• Negotiate and manage sponsorships with current and prospective brand partners to secure long-term collaborations.
• Content Strategy & Growth Development:
• Collaborate with the influencer to create data-driven strategies that enhance audience engagement and follower growth on Instagram.
• Develop content calendars, themes, and concepts tailored to audience interests and trending automotive topics.
• Use META Analytics to refine strategies and ensure continuous growth.
• Monetization Expertise:
• Design and implement strategies to optimize revenue through Instagram’s monetization features, including Reels bonuses, branded content tools, subscriptions, badges, and in-app ads.
• Work with the influencer to balance monetization efforts with authentic and engaging content creation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to maximize income opportunities while maintaining audience trust.
• Campaign Execution & Management:
• Oversee the execution of brand campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time and exceed expectations.
• Coordinate between the influencer and brand partners to maintain smooth communication throughout campaigns.
• Document and analyze campaign outcomes to provide detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
• Trend Analysis & Competitive Research:
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, particularly on Instagram.
• Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation within the automotive influencer space.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Proven experience in influencer management, brand strategy, or social media marketing, with a focus on Instagram.
• Background in the automotive industry or working with creators in a niche lifestyle category is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing brand partnerships.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram analytics, monetization tools, and content strategies.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for compelling content and storytelling.
