Intern Consumer Sales

Bristol Motor Speedway and Dragway is looking for career-minded, energetic individuals to assist our ticket team in producing some of the country’s largest sporting events, including but not limited, to The Food City 500, Bass Pro Shops Night Race and NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. Sales or ticketing experience not required. Must be a team player and possess an exceptional work ethic, a great attitude and a willingness to learn. This position will be a vital member of our customer service and guest experience staff during events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provide memorable, world-class customer service that creates WOW moments for our guests • Sell individual event, weekend and season tickets to Speedway & Dragway events • Work ancillary events at BMS where tickets are sold through the BMS Ticket Office • Upsell inbound calls/walk-ups with add-on ticket options, premium experiences, parking/ camping and other events/items Required Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/events) when necessary • Team player with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude • Must have reliable transportation to and from work Flexible (10 to 30 hours depending on the individual, Overtime eligible)
