POSITION: Parts Specialist FUNCTION: Sales REPORTS TO: Sales Operations Manager JOB TYPE: Full-Time Hourly position SCHEDULE: Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required during peak racing season or event periods. POSITION LOCATION: Onsite - U.S. Legend Cars International – Harrisburg, NC Overview The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and customer-focused sales support for customers purchasing parts and complete vehicles from US Legend Cars. Serving as a primary point of contact, this role provides technical product guidance, processes orders, and supports fulfillment for Legend Cars and Bandolero parts and vehicles. In this role, you will help customers identify the right parts and vehicle options, ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, and provide clear information on product specifications and availability. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a fast-paced sales environment while creating a positive customer experience. Responsibilities • Pull and package orders for customers • Assist customers with the ordering process • Respond to customer inquiries and questions • Check customer orders for accuracy • Maintain accurate records of all orders • Run and manage US Legend Car trailers at events • Maintain the cleanliness and order of assigned work space • Assist with inventory management as needed • All other duties as assigned Requirements • Experience in customer service, sales support, or parts sales, required. • Strong communication and organizational skills, required. • Valid driver's license, required. • Experience in motorsports, automotive parts sales, or racing operations, preferred. • Familiarity with Legend Cars or Bandolero platforms, preferred. • Proficiency with order and sales systems. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Travel Expectations Minimal travel expected (approximately three weeks per year). Occasional attendance at select racing events or company events may be required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods, move throughout warehouse or parts areas, and lift or move parts/equipment up to 50 pounds.
