## Your Mission You'll drive the European Motorsport merchandising strategy by aligning regional assortments with global direction and ensuring performance-driven, consumer-relevant range choices. A key part of your role involves leading the Go - To - Market process by managing calendars, deadlines, and cross-functional information flow to secure smooth seasonal execution. Your responsibilities extend to shaping regional merchandising plans by consolidating insights, analyzing data, and translating global initiatives into actionable assortment decisions. You'll adapt global Motorsport assortments and tools for European markets, validating item selections and tailoring them to regional needs. Ensuring accuracy and consistency of regional pricing is another critical function—you'll manage system updates and align with global pricing guidelines. You'll consolidate, review, and elevate channel forecasts to support financial expectations and ensure timely global submissions. Providing analytical input for financial midterm planning through structured data gathering, reporting, and budget preparation will be part of your day-to-day work. Strengthening collaboration across Global Product, Sales, E - Com, Retail, Marketing, and Operations is essential, ensuring aligned information, documentation, and commercial readiness throughout the organization. Monitoring in-season performance is vital too—you'll interpret sales and margin trends and surface opportunities or risks to optimize the Motorsport business. Enhancing operational excellence means maintaining merchandising tools, supporting SMU and collaboration initiatives, and coordinating executional tasks such as catalogue updates, sample management, and showroom readiness. ## What We're Looking For You'll bring a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, Fashion Management, or related fields. We need someone with 3-5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, product management, buying, planning, or category management within retail, wholesale, lifestyle, or sporting goods. Your background should include hands-on experience working with assortment planning, forecasting, pricing, and seasonal calendars in an international or matrix organization. Familiarity with global-to-local product processes, GTM cycles, and cross-functional workflows spanning Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global Product is essential. Proficiency with Excel, ERP/PLM systems, PIM tools, or merchandising planning platforms is required. You'll need a solid understanding of European consumer behaviors, market differences, and channel dynamics across Wholesale, E-commerce, and Retail. Qualifications
