About the position Fabspeed Motorsport is seeking a SolidWorks CAD Drafter to join their team in Fort Washington, PA. This role involves creating and refining 3D models and 2D drawings for high-performance automotive engineering projects. The position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and precision, contributing to designs for prestigious car brands. Responsibilities • Create and refine 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks. , • Collaborate with Manufacturing and R&D teams to ensure product standards are met. , • Manage BOMs and SKUs within the ERP system. , • Utilize 3D scanning of vehicle components as part of the design process. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience with SolidWorks in a 3D design engineering setting. , • An Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. , • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. , • Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with Google Suite products. Nice-to-haves • CNC experience is a plus. , • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace feedback. Qualifications
