Job Overview USA Order Fulfilment, Sales and Brand Admin Associate. Funk Motorsport is the world’s leading heat management brand. Recently, we have opened our US office in Orlando to fulfil all orders to the USA market. Your Role In your role at Funk Motorsport, Inc. you will be responsible for fulfilling orders for our domestic customers, liaising directly with our chosen couriers, reacting to customer enquiries and keeping the wider UK team up to date. Whilst also keeping our small warehouse fully stocked and tidy. This will include, but not limited to: - Packaging and preparing orders for daily collection by our couriers - Packaging product to brand standard in a timely manner, which will then be held ready for shipping - Generating shipping labels through the online Shipstation platforms, ensuring the correct weights of each shipment are applied and the correct services are selected. - Other supporting tasks in other areas of the business may arise from time to time. These may include Logistics, Production or events. - Handling face to face customer requests from time to time when they drop in, whilst reacting, answering, replying and monitoring business phone, emails, and social media messages. - Partake in overall housekeeping including cleaning, organizing, dusting, sweeping, etc. - Ensure all returns are logged and handled appropriately. - May drive vehicle to transport items between courier locations from time to time. - Communicate effectively with the UK team, who handle worldwide customer care. - Respond efficiently to the UK team and find solutions where issue may arise. - Work closely with the UK team to monitor stock level as an when necessary The ideal candidate will: - Have an interest in the automotive/aftermarket industries - Have a basic understanding of Funk Motorsport’s products and where they fit into the landscape of heat management products in the worldwide market - Have a full driving licence - Be 18 years or above. - Be able to work alone, managing their own time and schedule - Have an efficient method of working - Show the willingness to be flexible on both job role, and work load. - Show good initiative in scenarios where guidance is unavailable. - Have good attention to detail, by providing neat packaging standards. - Show an active interest in the products and the brand direction. - Have a good understanding of IT, in particular apple products and Microsoft office. An understanding of Wordpress/Woocommerce is advantageous The information in this job description is intended to convey the key responsibilities and requirements. Qualifications
