Race Mechanic - Formula 4

• You will be responsible for the preparation and build of our Formula 4 cars. • Assemble, service and operate the cars at race and test events in Europe (mostly Italy) and at the team base. • Support the team with your strong mechanical/technical skills. • International travel and a flexible approach to long working hours are required for this role. • Ideally you can bring some experience in a Motorsport (preferably with Formula Cars) or car workshop environment. • Show a high level of commitment whilst being an excellent team player with a good work ethic. • Ability to work to the highest standards and perform under pressure. • Good English language skills. • A secure Freelance or Full-time employment. • The potential to grow within the team and in different categories. • You will have the chance to gain experience in a highly professional race team and learn a lot. • We will give you time to adapt to a new team and way of work, with the support of the whole team. • Meals from our own catering or restaurants on track, catering area with coffee, drinks and snacks. • The ability to work in an international (>15 different nationalities) and dynamic environment.
