Description Key Responsibilities Track & Guest Safety • Monitor track activity and ensure competitors’ safety at all times. • Communicate professionally via two-way radio to report incidents and track conditions. • Utilize track equipment safely and effectively. • Remain alert and proactive in identifying and addressing safety risks. Guest Interaction & Service • Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. • Respond politely to guest inquiries and escalate concerns to management as needed. • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of AMP’s brand, policies, and safety procedures. Facility & Equipment Maintenance • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and facilities. • Treat AMP equipment, tools, and resources with care and respect. • Adhere to company policies, work rules, and safety procedures. Training & Teamwork • Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions. • Support the overall efficiency of the business by assisting in other track operations as needed. What We’re Looking For ? Minimum Age: 16+ ? Must have open availability on weekends and select holidays ? Reliable Transportation Required ? Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Loud Environment ? Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills ? Ability to Remain Composed and Confident in High-Pressure Situations ? Previous Guest Service Experience (Preferred, Not Required) Physical Requirements • Ability to perform bending, reaching, turning, climbing, and lifting up to 35 lbs. • Comfortable working outdoors in weather conditions such as heat, cold, and rain. • Ability to stand and walk for long periods. • Passion for motorsports and positive guest engagement throughout shifts.
