What you'll do… • Project Management: Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards. This involves managing internal and external teams, partners, and suppliers. • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy with the business team to maximize opportunities within the heritage and restoration sector. This includes defining clear objectives, project strategies, and a compelling vision for the team and stakeholders. • Engineering Leadership: Manage and collate any necessary CAD, arrange engineering test facilities or requirements, manage any rapid manufacturing requirements to deliver projects. • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, engineering resources, including customers, global motorsports teams, external partners, governing bodies, and internal engineering groups. • Homologation & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee homologation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant road or motorsport regulations and authorities. • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track project financials, and provide regular status reports to senior management. • Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Innovation: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance the heritage and restoration business.

Qualifications
