Job Title: Motorsports Social Project & Asset Manager Location-Type: Remote (EST hours preferred) Start Date Is: May 4th Duration: 1 year (contract; potential to extend/convert) Compensation Range: $50-$60 Job Description: Lead social program operations and digital asset management for motorsports content, ensuring campaigns, workflows, and assets are organized, accessible, and executed seamlessly around live racing events. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Manage motorsports social campaign calendars, timelines, and workbacks aligned to race schedules • Act as a "control tower for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across social, marketing, PR, and production • Oversee digital asset management systems, ensuring assets are properly tagged, organized, and accessible • Coordinate real-time content workflows during race weekends and live events • Track deliverables, approvals, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders • Distribute and package content assets for internal teams and external partners • Maintain asset governance, ensuring brand, legal, and usage compliance • Identify process improvements to streamline asset management and campaign execution Requirements: • Must-Haves: • 3-8 years of experience in digital asset management, project management, or content operations • Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments • Proficiency with DAM tools (e.g., Frame.io, Dropbox, AssetIQ, or similar) • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content workflows • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt quickly and bring structure to ambiguous or evolving processes • Nice-to-Haves: • Experience in motorsports, automotive, or entertainment industries • Familiarity with live event or race-weekend content workflows • Experience supporting large-scale campaigns or tentpole events • Background working with agencies or sponsorship teams Benefits: This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
