Motorcycle Technician Mechanic RACE INSPIRED 2Yrs Experience Required

Motorsport Exotica is seeking a performance technician. This posting is for someone looking to get OUT of dealership level work and wants to play with the big toys. Looking to stop with the mundane rinse and repeat of oil changes and brake jobs and level up to the stuff the dealership doesn't do. Someone who is willing to learn and grow their skillset in a high paced, high energy facility. Job is for in shop work as well as potential racetrack travel. Motorsport Exotica is a performance based motorcycle facility. We cater to aggressive street riders and nationally ranked racers along with everyone in-between. With opportunity to work directly with the race team. Traveling to the racetrack, regional as well as nationals while also maintaining in shop work. If engine tuning, motor builds, custom suspension and working with the latest and most cutting edge parts and tech is your desire, this job is for you! Must have hands on experience with MOST of the below: - Ducati - Aprilia - Yamaha - Kawasaki - BMW - Suzuki Ideally be proficient in: - General Repair - Suspension Work - Electrical - Diagnostic - Performance Modifications - Tuning (piggyback or ECU based with a Dynojet Dyno) This posting is for someone looking to get OUT of dealership level work and wants to play with the big toys. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A TECHNICIAN BEFORE We work with some of the following brands on a daily basis: - Ohlins, Brembo, Alpha Racing, Woolich, Flashtune, Graves, Lightech, Bonamici, Motul, Alpinestars, Racetech, Akrapovic, SC Projects, Bren Tune, etc....
