You will manage and monitor the daily activities of sales managers and staff to ensure that sales volume and productivity goals are met. Developing effective sales staff is key, which involves communicating expected performance standards, monitoring their performance, identifying development needs, and providing coaching, motivation, and mentorship. Regular sales staff meetings will be conducted to ensure alignment and performance tracking. Additionally, you will work closely with the General Manager to create marketing plans and sales promotions, manage the dealership's web portal and online presence, and engage with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved. Requirements
• 2-3 years as General Sales Manager required.

• Knowledge on how to find cars and how to sell them required.

• CDK & Provision experience preferred.
