About Us: TOPO Motorsports is a fast-growing fabrication and performance shop specializing in high-quality builds for off-road and motorsports enthusiasts. We take pride in precision engineering, expert craftsmanship, and top-tier service. Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Engine Builder to join our team. This role involves assembling, rebuilding, and fine-tuning high-performance engines to ensure reliability, power, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with UTVs, ATVs, and off-road vehicle engines. Responsibilities: • Assemble, rebuild, and modify engines to meet performance and durability standards. • Diagnose and troubleshoot engine issues, identifying necessary repairs or improvements. • Perform precision machining, honing, and balancing as needed. • Work with aftermarket and performance parts for engine upgrades. • Conduct quality control checks, including compression testing and leak-down tests. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly processes. Familiarity with manufacturing environments and precision measuring instruments Ability to read blueprints and conduct quality control inspections Experience with power tools and automotive repair Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment Forklift operation skills This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation.
