Do you have a passion for motorsports and take pride in quality craftsmanship? Interstate 69 Motorsports in Union City, TN is looking for a skilled Motorsports Accessory Technician to join our team and help build custom machines that turn heads and fuel adventure.
Job Description:
As a Motorsports Accessory Technician, you’ll be responsible for installing and accessorizing new units to meet our customers’ unique needs. We're an authorized Polaris and Honda dealer, and you'll use your mechanical know-how to transform ATV's, side-by-sides, and motorcycles into customized masterpieces. This role requires someone who can work independently, is highly organized, and brings a great attitude and strong work ethic to our team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and accessorize custom machines based on customer specifications
• Install accessories and perform light mechanical work on new units
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Lift and carry heavy products and equipment as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members across service and sales departments
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures accurately
• Proactively identify tasks that need attention and take initiative
Requirements:
• Basic mechanical knowledge of motorsport vehicles (Polaris, Honda, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient listening and communication skills
• Excellent punctuality and reliable transportation
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional overtime based on business needs

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed
