You will be collaborating with a group of highly skilled and driven individuals who thrive on taming the unknown and charging past the traditional.Duties & Responsibilities:SELL CARS ! BUILD RELATIONSHIPS !Provide exceptional service to our customersBuild trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers, and offer appropriate solutions to meet those needsEducate customers on our products and services, and appropriately recommend theseServe as an advocate for Ultimate Motorsport by sharing what separates us from the competitionRespond knowledgeably to any incoming customer questionManage customer complaints/issues in a professional manner; resolving the problem through the most effective and timely means possibleConsult and guide customers to the appropriate next step in the customer journeyFacilitate steps to complete a sale, such as handing off to appropriate team members to take care of vehicle appraisal process, test drive, submitting finance applications, etc.Reading, collecting, and transcribing data in order to to ensure accurate and complete information in CRMNavigate and utilize various selling/customer service technologies and toolsMonitor progress against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Navigate the entire sales process including discovery, gaining commitment & closing the dealSkills:Ability to SELL GREAT CARS AT A GREAT PRICE !! Overcome objections !Must be bilingual : Fluent English and Fluent SpanishEnthusiastic about helping customers find their drive the cars!Superior customer service skills and a desire to help peopleHighly adaptable; able to operate in a rapidly evolving start-up environmentSales-driven personality and a competitive natureEffective multitasker and time management skillsEffective listener who can understand customers underlying wants and needsBuild and maintain strong relationships and demonstrates excellent teamworkStrong computer skills; knowledge of CRM technology; passion for digital (web, social media, etc).Desire and the ability to learn new thingsSeek out opportunities for self-development, participate in training, and welcome performance feedbackAbility to take on larger role scope (chat, etc.) and/or develop people management skillsRequirementsMust be bilingual : Fluent English and Fluent Spanish Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or customer service environment at an automobile dealershipMust be available to work any shift, including nights and weekendsAll applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
