Vehicle Appearance Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team detailing at collision centers/bodyshops . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned after they are repaired from a bodyshop, ready to be presented to the customer for pick up. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of our clients' vehicles. We make sure the interior has no bodyshop dust, and the exterior looks flawless after it has been painted. If you have a passion for cars and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate cleaning products and techniques. • Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicle surfaces to restore shine and remove imperfections. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process. • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in detailing services. • Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area as required. • Stay updated on industry best practices for vehicle care and detailing. Experience • Previous experience in automotive detailing or custodial work is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with car wash techniques and products is a plus. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. • Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • A valid driver's license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
