Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr About Us: At LZMFG, Drift HQ, and SIM HQ, we’re all about pushing the limits—on the street, the track, and online. We’re a tight-knit team of car enthusiasts building brands that serve the drifting, sim racing, and car culture communities. Our products speak for themselves, but our content brings it all to life. That’s where you come in. About the Role: We’re seeking a Content Manager who can turn raw ideas and product drops into polished, high-performing content across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts. You’ll work side-by-side with our Marketing Manager and in-house media team to create short-form video and graphic content that’s clean, hype-worthy, and aligned with our brand identity. What You’ll Do: • Plan and oversee production of short-form content with our in-house media team optimized for IG Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts. • Create content that promotes products, builds community, and supports paid ads. • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align content with campaign strategy and brand goals for sponsors and us. • Manage a content calendar and stay ahead of trends in short-form platforms. • Pull from in-house footage, shoot new clips (remote or on-site), and direct visual storytelling. • Optimize each piece of content for its platform (format, timing, hook, call-to-action). You Should Have: • Strong understanding of short-form video and what performs on Tik Tok, IG Reels, and You Tube Shorts. • Experience managing or directing a creative team (videographers, editors, photographers). • Great eye for detail—knowing what makes a shot work, when a cut is clean, and how to tell a story fast. • Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Suite, Cap Cut, etc.) and comfortable giving edit feedback. • Bonus if you have automotive or motor sport knowledge (even better if you’re in the scene). Qualifications
