Motorsports Event Support Specialist This role provides support for motorsports events, including ensuring that all safety, regulatory, and operational tasks are performed efficiently to meet the standards set by governing bodies. The Motorsports Event Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating the flow of vehicles from the pits to the starting line, communicating with other team members to maintain a smooth schedule, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and event rules. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate vehicle staging before each race • Manage the waterbox area, assisting vehicles with tire traction • Oversee the overall operation of the startline, ensuring vehicles are ready for competition • Initiate races by controlling the starting lights (Christmas tree) and ensuring fairness in starts Requirements: • High School diploma or GED • CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of hire • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for assigned race events • A satisfactory result obtained through a test for illegal drugs
